Steven & Cassandra were very easy to work with. During the design phase, Cassandra had the patients of a saint as we made several changes during the design phase. Any construction project is very disruptive not only to you but to your neighbors, but Steven and his crew made sure and disruptions were kept to an absolute minimum. As owner, Steven is very hands-on overseeing every step. On the rare occasions Steven wasn't on site, Jeff and Jimmy were. Both of whom share Steven's strong work ethic. Poolsmith's got the job done on time even during some very adverse weather conditions. I also would like to mention subcontractors Alex (paver contractor) and Tom (screen enclosure installer), both were excellent and did an outstanding job. Our pool is 16 years old and was in need of new tile and resurfacing. We also had a built in hot tub that I wanted to change into a sun shelf. After a lot of research, I narrowed it down to "the big company" and PoolSmith Renovations. It only took one meeting with Steven to know that I was going to go with PoolSmith Renovations. When my pool was initially built, there was very little communication. They would say they would be there, but not show up. It was a very different experience with this remodel.
